Subscriptions
How do I subscribe to Gift Genie Pro?
Open the app, go to Profile → Manage Plan, choose Monthly or Yearly, and follow the Apple In-App Purchase flow. Pricing and subscription duration are shown in the app before you confirm.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. To cancel, open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Gift Genie on your iPhone and tap Cancel Subscription. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current paid period. Canceling your subscription does not delete your Gift Genie account.
How do I get a refund?
All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly.
Restore Purchases
If you have purchased Pro or AI credits and they are not showing on a device, sign in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase, then open the app and tap Profile → Manage Plan → Restore Purchases. You can also tap Restore Purchases on any paywall screen.
AI Credits
AI credits are used for premium AI features such as Gift Concierge, AI card cover generation, and AI cover refinement. Credit packs are sold through Apple In-App Purchase, separately from the Pro subscription.
- You can check your credit balance at Profile → Manage Plan.
- Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
Account Deletion
Open the app and go to Profile → Security & Account → Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and removes your account, contacts, gift searches, gift notes, saved cards, and uploaded media. You can also request deletion by emailing giftgenie.owner@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Active App Store subscriptions are not canceled by account deletion; manage them in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Privacy Requests
You can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal data by emailing giftgenie.owner@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. We respond to verifiable requests within 45 days. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
App Issues
If the app is crashing, not loading data, or behaving unexpectedly, try the following:
- Make sure you are running the latest version of Gift Genie from the App Store.
- Confirm your device has an active internet connection.
- Sign out and sign back in from Profile → Security & Account.
- If the issue persists, email giftgenie.owner@gmail.com with your iOS version, app version, and a short description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Notifications
Open Settings → Notifications → Gift Genie on your iPhone to control system-level notification permissions. Quiet hours and per-feature toggles live in the app under Profile → Preferences.

We sell an optional Pro subscription and AI credit packs through Apple In-App Purchase.
